This Week...

This week was definitely intense at the gym, full of kettlebells, snatches, and rowing...but Friday was balls to the wall (literally)

15 Deadlift 175/245
25 Box Jump 24/32
50 Pull Up
100 Wall Ball 14/20
200 Double Under
400m Plate Carry 25/45

Great job to everyone that survived that butt kickin WOD and extra props to Jenn who did the 400m plate carry not once, but 3 times just to push others to keep going! It's so awesome to go to a place to workout where there's so many other athletes that inspire and go out of their way to make sure others succeed.
